All creator profiles displayed on our Platform are for informational and discovery purposes. Users are redirected to external platforms for any further interaction.

4. User-Generated Content Disclaimer

Creator information displayed on the Platform, including profile descriptions, images, and statistics, may be sourced from publicly available data or submitted by creators themselves. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed.

If you are a creator and wish to update or remove your listing, please contact us at info@elevates.at.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, layout, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Elevates GmbH. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

Creator images and profile data remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion on the Platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

7. External Links

The Platform contains links to third-party websites (including OnlyFans, Fansly, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, elevates.at GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Landesgericht Linz, Austria.
